About Appointments
Our office operates by appointments in an effort to accommodate all patients.
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call 972-276-0536.
If it is more convenient to use fax or email, please fax us at 972-276-6037, or
email us using our Contact Form
and one of our staff will contact you.
Please also call the office with concerns about same-day problems,
which may be accommodated due to appointment cancellations.
If there is not an appointment available, yet you feel you have a
condition that requires prompt attention, please explain the nature
of your concern and ask for an orthopedic assistant to return your call.
If you are not able to keep an appointment, please call and cancel as soon as
possible so we may open that time to other patients. Appointments are made
for specific problems. The most significant problem will always be addressed
during your scheduled visit. Any secondary concern or problem may be addressed
briefly or, you may be asked to make another appointment so we can provide you
with the appropriate level of care for those concern.
