Your First Visit

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your appointment time to complete or update patient registration information. We will be able to process your paperwork faster if you will download our forms and fax or mail them in advance.

If your appointment is for a knee examination or treatment, please wear or bring a pair of shorts.

We generally prescribe generic drugs, unless the standard of care dictates otherwise. You always have the option of requesting brand name prescriptions from your pharmacy. Brand name prescriptions may be more expensive depending on your insurance plan's pharmacy benefit.
