Our office requires payment at the time of service. This may include your deductible, co-insurance and/or co-pay. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Please review your insurance company’s provider directory to confirm your physician participates with your plan.
Surgical Patients
Our Financial Counselors will contact you prior to your surgery date to discuss your benefits. Our counselors are experienced professionals who will review your insurance coverage and inform you of your financial responsibility. Completing all necessary financial arrangements prior to surgery gives our patients peace of mind and relieves them of any undue worries regarding their surgical expenses. Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center now accepts Care Credit for patients who qualify.
